The organizer of the event is the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE), a non-profit (IRS 501-6C), volunteer organization with 11 Chapters across the US. The talk “Cybersecurity in Oil & Gas – Threats and Strategies to Counter Them” will cover major cyber incidents in the oil and gas industry, the impact they had, and the complex landscape of existing threats. The presentation will include practical steps to securing your company as well as yourself as an employee.
