This strategic expansion immediately follows the official issuance of the company's Part 360 solid waste management permit by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) for its primary processing facility in Tonawanda, New York.

The receipt of the Part 360 permit secures the long-term operational framework for the Tonawanda site, which is permitted with a designed capacity of 300,000 gallons per week. With its core processing infrastructure formally authorized and securely established, the company is accelerating its national logistics network by expanding into high-yield Southern markets.
